All subscription payments made to Pixie Collection Vault are non-refundable. This applies to:

• Monthly subscription fees
• Any partial billing periods
• Unused time remaining on an active subscription after cancellation

We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated amounts for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Dissatisfaction with the service
• Failure to use the service during an active subscription period
• Accidental or unintended purchases
• Changes in personal circumstances

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to Pixie Collection Vault through the end of the period for which you have already paid.

To cancel your subscription, you have two options:

1. Self-service: Log in to your Stripe customer portal to manage and cancel your subscription directly.
2. Contact support: Email our support team. The support email address can be found on our website at pixiecollectionvault.com or through the Support link within the app.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following billing period.

If you are currently using a free trial, no charge will be made until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial without incurring any fees.

Pixie Collection Vault reserves the right to modify this No Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to subscriptions renewed or initiated after the date of the update.
